I tried ordering from Phamilyhair, the whole process was more irritating than I expected. The site looks decent enough, which almost makes the slow loading and weird cart issues feel more impressive in a bad way. Every time I changed the quantity, my cart acted like it needed a minute to think about its life choices.
To be fair, checkout did eventually work, so I’ll give them that, the bar was low, but they cleared it. I just didn’t get clear updates right away and ended up checking my email way too much. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they fix the website.

They did get back to me and were polite about it, but it took a couple days and I had to follow up more than once. Not sure if they were busy or if something got missed, but eventually they sorted out what I needed with my order. It was okay overall, just would’ve been better if the update came sooner.

After I placed my order, I had a quick question and they got back to me fast. The answer was clear, so I didn't have no confusion about what was happening with my package.

They also kept sending updates without me needing to chase them down, which I really appreciated. Communication was simple and easy, and it wasn't no stressful process at all.

I was surprised at how accurate the texture was. It blends with my hair really well, like I’m not the only one seeing that, right?

The product itself arrived in good shape, which I was happy about. That said, the outer box was dented when it showed up, so the packaging could definitely be better. Thankfully, everything inside was okay and worked out fine overall.

In my experience, the hair looked okay overall, but it just wasn’t as soft as I was hoping for. When I touched it, it felt a little dry to me, especially considering the price. It’s not terrible by any means, but I personally found it a bit disappointing...

I've bought this a few times now, and it seems to be the same quality each time. I haven't noticed any weird batches or anything, at least in my experience.

It arrived in just a few days, which was a nice surprise. I haven’t used it enough yet to say much about the quality, so I’m still a little unsure there, but the shipping was definitely quick

This felt like overpriced nonsense to me. For what you actually get, it just isn’t worth the money.

I’ve had this hair in for a few weeks now and it’s holding up really well. I was a little nervous at first because I didn’t want to take a chance on hair that would shed a lot or tangle up after a few days, but so far it’s been good. It barely sheds when I brush it, and tangling hasn’t really been an issue. I just add a little conditioner to keep it soft, and that’s been enough. I’m really happy with it so far.

It took me way longer than I expected to get this installed, and the clips just didn't feel right while I was putting it together.

I thought this hair was going to be a lot fuller based on the pictures and description, but when it arrived, it was disappointing. The density was way thinner than I expected, so I felt kind of misled about what I was actually paying for.

Right out of the package, it looked sparse, especially toward the ends. I still tried it on hoping it would look better once styled, but it just didn’t give that full, look shown in the photos.
For the price, I expected much better quality. Maybe other people received thicker ones, but mine felt cheap and not nearly full enough.

I’ve had this hair in for a few months now, and based on how it’s been holding up, I’m impressed. It still feels soft, I’ve barely noticed any shedding, and after washing it, the curls came right back. I didn’t expect it to last this long, but my experience with it has been really good.

I ordered this wig because I thought it was going to be more of the brown shade shown on the website, but when it arrived, it looked a lot more reddish/orange to me. Maybe it looks different depending on the lighting, but in person it just wasn’t what I was expecting. The hair itself seemed okay, but the color is off enough that I’m not sure I’ll wear it much. I just wish the pictures had been a little more accurate.
